Join us for exhilarating Friday Night Dinghy Racing – a perfect way to kick off your weekend on the water!

Whether you're a seasoned racer or looking to hone your skills in a fun, competitive environment, our Friday Night Dinghy Racing series is for you.

Who Can Participate?

• Open to all SNSYC Members and their Guests!
• Current Race Team Sailors are highly encouraged to join. 
• Not a member or current race team sailor? You can still participate! Registration is open to others upon approval from our Sailing School Manager. Please contact us for more details if this applies to you.

What You Need to Know:

• Sailing ability Required: All participants must be proficient in sailing and rigging for the type of dinghy they intend to use. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on the water.
• Boats: We use the ILCA 6 or 7 dinghies for singlehanded racing and C420 or FJ dinghies for doublehand racing.
• Cost: Each session is just $25 per person. *Discounted rate for Race Team sailors, Contact Brooke for your code*

Race info:

• First Gun is at 6:00 PM sharp every Friday! Please arrive with ample time to rig your boat and prepare for the start.
• We need a minimum of 3 boats for a session to run
• Scoring Information:
• • July Series, August Series and an Overall Summer Series
