FOR SALE: 35'x17' boathouse at North Saanich Marina A21 - $26k.
Available now! Moorage is $782/month plus hydro (usually $10-20/month). Discounted if paid annually. 35'x17' exterior dimensions. We had our 32' cabin cruiser stored in the boathouse. 11' tall and 12' wide at opening. Has a curtain which will need some adjustment and to be installed. Summit Marine is located at North Saanich Marina so should be an easy install. We just haven't needed it. Boat house has a new electrical service and lights, smart plug 30 amp shore power connection, new permanent fenders inside the boat house and noise reducing Plastimo fenders on the exterior.
