Arrival after 1:00 pm

4:30 Potluck Appetizers on the dock. Bring your own plates, cutlery, drinks and appetizer. Bring a bottle of wine in a brown paper bag, for wine tasting on Saturday evening!

Select your preferred dinner bookings for Saturday at the Restaurant (sign-up sheet will be available)

Dinner on your own if you're still hungry!

Evening games night on the dock for anyone interested: bring a game to play - Mexican train, Quiddler, Scrabble, Pig , Jenga, etc.

Gather around the fire pits.

Saturday, May 23rd

8:30 - 9:30 Breakfast provided at the dock party area. Bring your cup, plate and utensils.

10:00 - 2:00 Free time – An informal hike along the scenic Genoa Bay to Mt. Tzouhalem trail will depart shortly after breakfast

3:00 - 4:30 Let the Games begin - Corn Hole Preliminary heats! Practice for the Canada Day Rendezvous Event! Meet at the dock party area.

5:00 or 7:00 pm Blind Wine tasting contest for each dinner group

Sittings at 5:00 and 7:00 Dinner at Genoa Bay Restaurant

Sunday, May 24th

Itinerary

Princess Louisa Inlet is located deep in the Coastal Mountains and features beautiful scenery and spectacular waterfalls. SNSYC wishes to offer members an opportunity to cruise together early in the cruising summer to witness this amazing coastal beauty. Thanks to Bert Vermeer for sharing his own well researched sailing plan.

Each skipper is responsible for their own boat safety and navigation. Adapt the plans you see to suit the capability of your boat and crew.

The registration form will ask for an onboard cell phone number and ask if you wish to be included in a WhatsApp group. In a previous Club Long Cruise we found that WhatsApp text messaging was a very effective means of communication. Deeper in the mountains, phones which bounce messages off satellites can work well.

A modest $10 fee per person confirms your registration and provides treats and prizes during our cruise. If you wish to change any details on the registration form following your registration please email the Cruising Captain. Refunds due to cancellation are not practical due to the cost of writing the cheque, so be committed to the adventure before you register.

Once you are registered, any updates pertaining to this cruise will be emailed to you.

2:00 pm Pavilion	Corn Hole Tournament—World Championships!
6:00 pm Pavilion	Dinner – Maui Ribs prepared by our infamous chef - Dennis Ewasiuk. Please bring either a side, salad or dessert to share and your own plates and cutlery.

Sunday -July 5

08:30 am	Coffee/Tea – cinnamon buns/scones, fruit, yogurt and juice. Bring your own plates, cutlery & mugs/glasses
11:30 am	Walk to the pub or dingy ride to the pub - optional. Some boats will be departing for homeport or the Long Cruise.
4:00 pm Pavilion	Informal Happy Hour (for those staying behind).

Note date change to coincide with departure from Telegraph Harbour following the "Canada Day" Rendezvous. Some flexibility is possible in the opening days to allow those not starting at Telegraph Harbour an opportunity to catch up. Also allowing time if a weather window is required for crossing the Strait.

Each skipper is responsible for their own boat safety and navigation. Adapt the plans you see to suit the capability of your boat and crew. Notes relating to tides and currents must be confirmed by the skipper.

You may opt in or out of the route planned as you see fit. Please register so we may be in communication. If only certain days in the schedule interest you, please state that on the registration form so we may look out for you.

Once you are registered, any updates pertaining to this cruise will be emailed to you. By June 30 all registrants will have a copy of the group registration information to facilitate communication.

This is a hop on - hop off cruise, you may plan to take on any part or all of it. We hope you will want to lead an activity at one of the sites and participate in Happy Hour Celebrations. Fly your Burgee Proudly!!

Marinas will not be holding places for SNSYC boats based on this itinerary as they would for a regular Rendezvous. So make your personal registrations early when you decide the parts of the cruise that you wish to join.

We invite you to join a WhatsApp communication group using your cell phone for text messages to keep the Cruise members connected. WhatsApp has been a valuable communication tool for past cruises.

There is no additional fee for guests, the $10 supports your event registration.
